  • Beschrijving: In a remote village lives Giangos, formerly president of the village council, with his sister Pagona and their seven nieces. All the girls are in love with different boys, each girl claiming that her sweetheart is the best guy in the village. But Giangos won’t let them get married before Pagona. One day, a Greek-American visits the village, suffers an accident and is taken to Giangos’ house. At night, one of the nieces puts on her aunt’s shoes and secretly meets with her boyfriend, who is wearing the Greek-American’s hat. A series of misunderstandings ensue, but in the end everything is settled.
